Zanzibar Water Advisor

The focus of Water Advisor is mainly to support MLHWE in activities required to ensure the smooth implementation and to improve the effectiveness of the expected loan project (Zanzibar Urban Water Distribution Facilities Improvement Project). To attain those objectives, the Water Adviser conducted the following three sub-programs in collaboration not only with MLHWE, but also with the Zanzibar Utility Regulatory Authority (ZURA) and Zanzibar Water Authority (ZAWA) to build capacity of those who are involved in water supply administration, regulation and operation in Zanzibar.
