Supporting a Mentor Service in Serbia: Special training for Mentor trainers

The Project on Establishment and Promotion of Mentoring Service for Small and Medium Enterprises in the Western Balkans (Phase2) is to establish a Mentor Service System which is a system for developing SMEs through "Mentors" who are working with SMEs to diagnose business status and to create action plan. On 31 May 2019, a Special Training for Mentor Trainer candidates was held in Belgrade, Serbia by Ms. Chine Koga, JICA Expert. Mentor Trainers will have important role to be "teachers" for "Mentors". At the Special Training, Mr. Radomir Topalov, Ms. Dobrila Sudimac Mratinkovic, and Ms. Jelena Pavlovic completed the classes and became new Mentor Trainers.
