Universally accessible route (written guidance)
Take the Akai Kutsu bus from Bus Stop No. 3 at the bus terminal at JR Sakuragicho Station. Get off at Hammerhead and walk about 2 minutes.
Exit the south ticket gate of JR Sakuragicho Station, follow the tactile blocks leftward, and go about 50 meters out from the east exit. The tactile blocks will split into two routes, one to the left, and one to the right. Turn left and continue along the tactile blocks for about 70 meters, where the tactile blocks split into two again. Go diagonally to the right for about 20 meters to the first bus stop, which is Bus Stop No. 3 for the Akai Kutsu bus.
Get off the bus at Hammerhead, and follow the sidewalk to the left for about 200 meters. On the way, there are stairs on the right side of the sidewalk, so stay toward the left. You will encounter tactile blocks just before reaching a signaled pedestrian crossing. Continue straight and cross the intersection. After crossing, the JICA Yokohama building will be in front of you to your right.
To enter the building, continue straight along the tactile blocks for three meters. When the blocks split into two routes, turn left, and walk about three meters. The path will bend to the right. Continue about 50 meters, and then go diagonally to the right for about 20 meters, where you will encounter the tactile blocks installed in front of the entrance to JICA Yokohama. Go straight along the tactile blocks, passing through two automatic doors along the way. The blocks will lead you to the reception desk.
