JICA President KITAOKA delivered a special lecture at the International University of Japan
On December 3, 2021, JICA President KITAOKA Shinichi delivered a special lecture entitled, “Japan’s Modernization and Fukuzawa Yukichi.” This lecture was part of our joint effort with the International University of Japan to run the Japan-Global Development Program under the JICA Development Studies Program.
