The Japan International Cooperation Agency will provide emergency relief goods as below in response to the damage caused by Flood, upon the request from the Government of the Brazil

1. Disaster situation
The Flood, which occurred around on 12th December, has caused serious human and property damage. According to the Brazil Government , the damage situation as of 11th January was as follows:

Missing 2

2. Goods supplied
A. Emergency relief goods from the JICA warehouse in Miami.
Tents
Blankets
Plastic sheets

B. Shipping schedule
The goods will be transported from the JICA warehouse in Miami to Sao Paulo on the next available flight.
