The decision was made because the company has submitted measures to prevent reoccurrences that is stipulated in Item 1, Paragraph 1 of Article 8 (End or Termination of Measures) in "JICA Rules on Measures against Fraudulent Practices, etc. in Contracts Awarded by JICA" (Rule No. 42 (Proc.) of 2008).
