JICA decided to terminate the measures against the following company as shown below.

1. The name of the company
Constructora Nacional, S.A. (Guatemala)

2. Original period of disqualification
From November 15, 2019 to May 14, 2021 (18 months)

3. Period of disqualification finalized by this decision
From November 15, 2019 to March 14, 2022 (28months)

The decision was made because the company has submitted a compliance program that is stipulated in Item 2, Paragraph 1 of Article 9 (End or Termination of Measures) in "JICA Rules on Measures against Persons Engaged in Fraudulent Practices, etc. in Projects of ODA Loan and Grant Aid" (Rule No. 43 (Proc.) of 2008).
