Doctoral and Master's Degree Program of Agriculture Studies Networks for Food Security (Agri-Net) FY 2026

1. Eligible countries

JICA Cote d’Ivoire office is in charge of activities related to Cote d’Ivoire and Togo. Candidates with nationalities of the two countries are eligible for applications to our Office. For others, please contact the relevant Offices of your country.

2. Eligible applicants

The main target of the program are Youngs or middle-career government officials, prospective academics and private sector from the field related to System, Policy and Organizations on Agriculture and Rural Development Sector.
Candidates without affiliations are not eligible for acceptance.

4. Submission

All applications should be submitted by email to the following address: jicaci_application@jica.go.jp

Deadline for submission of applications: 31 October 2025 (Friday) midnight

The application should be submitted in five (5) separate files:

  • 1 . Application form + Appendix (original excel format, with digital signatures if possible)
  • 2 . Certified copies of Higher Education diploma(s)
  • 3 . Certified copies of Higher Education transcripts
  • 4 . Copy of Passport or National ID card (with English translation if National ID card is in French)
  • 5 . English proficiency test certificate (Optional, but recommended to include in your application, as stated in the GI)

Note : Digital signatures are preferred, but if it is not possible to obtain a digital signature and/or seal (especially from their organization), candidates can submit the pdf version of the signed pages.

Note: The files should ALL be sent in the SAME EMAIL (please do not send several emails).
