Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays".to former JICA Alumni Association in Iran

On April 29, 2023, The Government of Japan was announced that Mr. Ali Razi, the former president of JICA alumni association in Iran, was awarded the "Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays".

Mr.Ali Razi participated in JICA Training Course named "Information Technology" in 1996, and after returned back his home country, he decided to be a bridge between two countries through disseminate what he learned from Japan. Since 2009 when he appointed as a head of the JICA Alumni Association, he has significantly contributed to develop the organization structure by creating network among the ex-participants and has devoted himself to management, public relations, development of activities, promotion of Japanese government's ODA projects and understanding of Japanese culture.

The award appropriately reflects his valuable contribution to develop the relation between two countries people.
