Operator Training

Two types of training for Operators were conducted in each province in 2014, one was targeting for all operators in DoW provincial office and the other was targeting for especially Senior Operators conducting TOT (Training of Trainer). This TOT was aiming at enhancing the capacity of Senior Operators to be able to continue the Operators training in the future by DoW's in-house staff. The same training contents were used in both trainings and JICA expert trained senior operators and senior operators trained operators to develop counterpart's ownership.

At first, TOT was conducted to understand proper operation and maintenance of heavy equipment to keep the heavy equipment in good condition in four provinces.

Operator training was conducted by senior operators. The training intended to remind experienced operators of the importance of proper operation and maintenance as same as TOT.
