Economic Infrastructure

1. Aim: to achieve economic growth of Uzbekistan as well as well-balanced, sound and efficient industrial development with its surrounding economies, JICA puts high priority on economic infrastructure especially Energy and Transport sector. In this area, JICA seeks to keep close relationship with CAREC in order to enhance regional economic cooperation. Also, special attention is given to those areas where Japanese advanced technology can be introduced for the high quality infrastructure services.
