Previous experiences
I have worked for international NGOs as Field Officer or Project Manager in capacity building and process faciliation for the government institutes, local NGOs, and Community Based Organizations (CBOs) at the district, upazila, and community levels. I have also served as a gender facilitator, working on governance, advocacy and right-based approaches as well as community-led programs.

Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI), Maternal and Child Health (MCH), Family Planning (FP) including reproductive health, nutrition, and Household Livelihood Security (HLS).
