I have worked for different international NGOs as Project Manager, Monitoring Evaluation Manager, Program Officer and Technical Assistant in assisting government staffs with participatory planning, monitoring, data management, coordination, and evaluation.

Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI), Maternal and Child Health (MCH), Family Planning (FP), water and sanitation, slum development, and char livelihood development.

Received training in West Bengal, on urban development project management and food security program, which also included health activities in India.
