I have worked as a Field Research Officer of the International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (ICDDR, B), involved in the community level of various projects in different districts.

What makes me happy at work
In this project, we share project goals and purposes, previous experiences and opinions, but at the same time, each staff has a lot of discretion over what work to do and how to do it. It feels great to be creative and strategic in one’s own way.
In addition to that, I like this environment where self growth is encouraged, with plenty of opportunities of capacity building for ourselves.
