Rationalization of Training Institutions

One Technical College (TC) in each province, out of 36 TCs in the whole country, is promoted to a College of Technology (CoT). CoTs are assigned to National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) levels 5&6, and TCs which take charge of NVQ levels 1-4 will be under CoTs to attain rationalization of the training institutions.
