Visit to Badulla Technical Colleges
These days we are conducting our college level Skills Competition 2006. Therefore we visited Badulla Technical College following Bandarawela College not only just a visit but also to see the final products which the trainees turned out as their practicals in this Skills Competition.
Badulla College will be upgraded to the College of Technology through the technical education development program supported by the ADB.
The principal and staff warmly welcomed us and showed all the workshops with all the final products which were done by their students.
We also visited the Career Guidance Center in the College. We noted some statistics there and appreciated the student enrolment of the College, because it is so high, though this College is situated in a remote area.
