Mr. Nobuyuki Inada, the Director and Mr. Somaweera, the Manager, Mogami Steel Tech (Pvt) Ltd, visited JSCoT Project on the 10th of September 2007. Counterpart officers explained the training equipment and facilities and showed them some products which have been made by the trainees. They were highly satisfied with the training provided by JSCoT.

Mr. Somaweera was very interested in the training given to the officers by Mr. Ito, the short-term Sheet Metal expert, and commented, "Outcomes of the training show the skills and capabilities of instructors to train the students, which meet the standards of the industry concerned" And very positively he added that he will extend his hands to give any technical support related to faults in machines.　He further suggested teaching the students the Japanese language, specially the technical terms, which will help them work at the Japanese companies in Sri Lanka as well as in Japan. Finally he added that in-plant training also can be provided if requested by JSCoT.

The Japanese experts and all counterpart officers thanked them for their visiting and requested to keep a close interaction with each other.
