Mrs.G.M.Kanchana Kumari Ganegoda, Training Assistant (Career Guidance and Counseling) reported for duty at the CG (Career Guidance）Centre of SLCoT (Sri Lanka College of Technology) on the 29th October 2008 as the successor to the Training Assistant (CG & C) Mr.Athula Dayaratne, who got a transfer to the Technical College of Dambulla.

Before joining to the CG Centre of SLCoT Mrs.Kanchana Ganegoda has been worked in the CG Centre of the Technical College of Ratmalana from 15th of July 2005 to 28th of Oct.2008 on same capacity and contributed to Career Guidance activities there.

After briefing on "The role of Career Guidance Officer in SLCoT under the JSCoT Project" by Mr.Hiroshi Saito, and Mr.Kumar Goonewardena, the Coordinator and Coordinating Manager of JSCoT Project respectively, Mrs.Kanchana Ganegoda Said "It is a great Pleasure for me to share the experiences with my colleagues and experts for the development of the CG & C activities related to Project Design Matrix".
