According to the recommendations in the mid term evaluation report of the JSCoT project, the development of three Areas namely Industrial relation, Career Guidance and Course Know-How Dissemination take a prominent place, among the activities to be completed during the coming period. For this purpose a competency test and an Interview was held for the appointment of three local consultants and based on the results thereof, Mr. Samantha Pathiratne, Ms. Subhani Nanayakkara and Mr. Azad Ibrahim were appointed as local consultants for the areas of Industrial Relation, Career Guidance and Course Know-How Dissemination respectively.
They have commenced their duties and are studying the back ground and the present tasks of the JSCoT project.

It is expected that they, who have various experiences in the state sector, private sector and NGO projects, will play a very special role in ensuring a massive development in the three areas reported to above.
