The local training on Auto CAD, Auto CAD Electrical and Inventor (Sheet Metal) were provided under the local activity component of JSCoT project to upgrade the knowledge and skills of the counterpart officers of Mechatronics and Welding Courses of JSCoT Project.

10 participants from both courses were attended to the 9 day Auto CAD Course From 8th Jun to 18th June 2009 and 6 participants only from Mechatronics Course were attended to the 6 day program on Auto CAD Electrical (19th June to 26th June 2009) and 4 participants only from Metal Work Section were participated to the Inventor (Sheet Metal) program (19th June to 23rd June 2009).

Head of the Model Courses Mr. Ariyasinghe told that the entire training was completed satisfactorily by their counterpart officers during their June vacation period.

Also he stated that the Industry Specific Course Curriculum, which has been designed by the team of the training providers, The Open System Technologies (Pte) Ltd was really relevant to them.
