On the 19th and 20th of May, 2011, a workshop of the Working Group for "Establishment of the management course for mid-level nursing managers" (WG-C) was held. Nineteen participants attended the workshop; namely from Ministry of Health (MOH) headed by the Director of Nursing Services, School of Public Health and School of Nursing, Fiji National University (FNU), and JICA. The purpose of the workshop was to develop the first draft of "Course Outlines" and "Blue Print" for "the Management Course for mid-level nursing managers" that is intended to be established in the School of Nursing, FNU.

In the workshop, the participants had active discussion and the first draft of the course outline was developed.. The discussion will be continued within a smaller group and the draft will be blushed to be finalized. The results will be submitted to the Curriculum Development Committee of the School, Dean of the Collage, and Senate of the University for the final approval.
