<Fiji> PCM workshop

On 23rd June 2011, Mini PCM workshop was held by the project team, both Fijian counterparts and Japanese experts. The purpose of the workshop was to review the project design according to the latest situation of community health nurses in Fiji clarified by the baseline survey which was completed in March 2011. Valuable recommendations were made from the survey results to more effective and efficient project implementation.

The workshop was carried out in a participatory manner. The participants had a lively discussion on how we could achieve the project goal and how we can tackle the issues raised from the survey results.

As a result, some suggestions to modify the Project Design Matrix were proposed in the Joint Coordinating Committee.
