<Tonga> Nursing CS (Competency Standard) Evaluation (2nd)
The S&C manual was completed in March so that all RHN supervisors could conduct the second CS assessment and the first coaching. This S&C will target 62 RHNs totally in four island groups. Vava'u Island was being the first for starting on 20th March. The purpose of this project is to strengthen the NB-IST mechanism. Repeating the S&C every six months is supposed to ensure the purpose above partly. The supervisors and other people concerned are looking forward to the result.
