The project carried out M&E training together with S&C refresher training with the utilization of new formats which had been developed by the project. The training was conducted in the Western Division in May 2012, the Central Division in June, and the Northern Division in August. In the Eastern Division, three out of five sub-divisions (Kadave, Lomaiviti, and Rotuma) carried out individual in-service trainings at the time of supervisory visits from national/divisional levels to sub-divisional level. A total of 54 nursing supervisors including 18 Sub-Divisional Health Sisters (SDHSs) (Central 5, Eastern 2, Western 6, and Northern 4) and 19 Health Sisters (HSs) (Central 9, Eastern 1, Western 4, and Northern 5) participated in the training.
