On the 9th of December, an orientation session on new tools for Supervision and Coaching (S&C) and monitoring were provided to 22 nursing supervisors in Central Division, Fiji. The session was held in cooperation with AusAID.

This orientation session is to disseminate a set of new S&C tools and monitoring tools for In-Service Training (IST) to Central Division. These tools had been developed by the Task Force through a series of workshops in 2011. Following this orientation, these tools are going to be piloted in Central Division for three months with the intention of expanding nationwide soon after.
