From the 18 to 20 October 2012, Training of Trainers (TOT) of the Need-Based In-Service Training (NB-IST) Mechanism was conducted in Nadroga Novasa in Western Fiji. There were 20 participants in total-one from national level, 3 from divisional level, 12 from sub-Divisional level, and 4 from national and divisional hospitals. Now with this TOT, each division became equipped with 4 or more trainers of the NB-IST Mechanism. The participants are expected to be a trainer for the next session planned in March and August 2013.
