<Tonga> Workshop for In-Service Training (IST) manual development 9
On 24 and 25 October 2012, the 9th workshop for In-Service Training (IST) manual development was held in Nuku'alofa, Tonga. National level nursing supervisors and local level nursing supervisors from reproductive health nursing and hospitals participated in the workshop. The participants worked on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) on the first day, and on Need-Based In-Service Training (NB-IST) on the second day. As a result, M&E grid, a set of draft monitoring tools, and the 2nd draft of the IST manual; precisely the NB-IST section, were developed.
