On 15 November 2012, the 3rd meeting of Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) was held. In addition to the regular meeting agenda which is progress reviews and approval of annual activity plan for the following year, the results of the project's mid-term review was discussed as well. The mid-term review team presented the results of the review, and made some recommendations for the revision of the Project Design Matrix (PDM). As a result, the annual work plan of 2013 and PDM 4 was approved by the counterpart while overall goal indicators were exempted from the revision.
