<Fiji> National Training Policy (NTP) Launching
The National Training Policy (NTP) 2012-2015 was launched on 6th of March after alomst one-year process by the taskforce which consists of representatives from Policy Planning Unit, Training Unit, Research Unit and the project. Need-Based In-Service Training (NB-IST) is clearly defined in NTP as a part of continuous professional development to be conducted by any cadres and at any workplaces under the Ministry of Health.
