Four project members delivered oral presentations at the World Conference on Transport Research Society (WCTRS) 2023, which took place from 17 July to 21 July 2023, in Montreal, Canada. WCTRS is an international academic society that fosters the exchange of ideas among global researchers and policy makers in the field of transportation. Associate Professor Dr Varameth Vichiensan from Kasetsart University participated in two sessions: "Transit Accessibility & Connectivity" and "COVID-19 Task Force." In these sessions, he delivered two oral presentations. Mr. Titipakorn Prakayaphun, a doctoral student at Chubu University who is studying abroad from Thammasat University under the JICA long-term training programme, presented on QOL-MaaS (Quality of Life Mobility as a Service) during a special session titled "AI Technology Application on Human-centred Perspective Transport." Professor Yoshitsugu Hayashi from Chubu University, who serves as the Principal Investigator of the project and is the former president of WCTRS, chaired the "COVID-19 Task Force" session and presented two reports. Furthermore, Professor Masanobu Kii from Osaka University played the role of a Topic Area Manager and chaired a Special Interest Group aimed at facilitating research networking.
