ZIM-SHEP Sensitization workshops for District officers and farmers were held in Manicaland Province and Mashonaland East province!!

We conducted the SHEP sensitization workshops for district officers at every selected irrigation scheme in Manicaland on 4th to 6th December 2019 and Mashonaland East 9th to 11th March 2020. Almost all participants of the workshops were interested in the SHEP approach and they were motivated to increase their agricultural incomes by their own effort. We, the SHEP team, are going to conduct series of trainings in these irrigation schemes to increase their incomes by changing their mindset from "grow and sell" to "grow to sell".
