Termination of the Measures against Fraud

JICA decided to terminate the measures against the following company as shown below.
JAPAN CONSERVATION ENGINEERS & CO.,LTD. (Japan)
Period: From July 30, 2024 to December 29, 2024 (5 months)
The decision was made because the company has submitted measures to prevent reoccurrences that is stipulated in Item 1, Paragraph 1 of Article 8 (End or Cancellation of Measures) in “JICA Rules on Measures against Fraudulent Practices, etc. in Contracts Awarded by JICA” (Rule No. 42 (Proc.) of 2008) and JICA determined the content to be suitable.
