JICA President Tanaka Met with UNDP Administrator De Croo

On April 20, JICA President Tanaka Akihiko met with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Administrator Alexander De Croo at JICA headquarters in Tokyo.
At the outset, President Tanaka welcomed Administrator De Croo’s visit to Japan.
In response, Administrator De Croo expressed his hope to further deepen collaboration between the two organizations following this meeting.
The two organizations exchanged views on their respective initiatives in Human Security, the HDP (Humanitarian–Development–Peace) Nexus, potential future collaborations, and discussed the future of development cooperation.
