On August 11, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a loan agreement with the the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent, the capital city, to provide a Japanese ODA loan for the Inclusive and Resilient Socio-Economic Development Programme Loan. c) Supporting Social Inclusion and Green Resilience

2. Issuing of letters of invitation for consulting services (including detailed design work): no hiring of consultants is planned for this loan.
3. Tendering of announcement of initial procurement package for international competitive bidding on project construction: no work in conjunction with bidding is planned for this loan.

JICA is co-financing this program with the World Bank ($ 800 million).
