On April 17, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Record of Discussions with the Government of Democratic Republic of the Congo in the capital city Kinshasa, to provide technical cooperation for “Project for Capacity Development of Tropical Peatland Ecosystems Monitoring and Management in the Congo Basin”.
