On July 28, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Record of Discussions on technical cooperation with the Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste in the capital city Dili, for “The Project for Capacity Development of Graduate Education of Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Science and Technology, the National University of Timor-Lorosa'e (CADEGRADE)”.
