On November 11, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a loan agreement with the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in Tokyo, to provide Japanese ODA loan for the Enhancing the Resilience for Economic Growth and Human Capital Development Program. The signatures were exchanged between Minister Zeina Toukan of Planning and International Cooperation of Jordan and Senior Vice President Mitsui Yuko of JICA.
