JICA decided to terminate the measures against the following company as shown below.

・NJS Consultants Co. Ltd. (Japan)
・Period: From September 13, 2017 to July 12, 2019 (22 months)

The decision was made because the company has submitted measures to prevent reoccurrences that is stipulated in Item 1, Paragraph 1 of Article 8 (End or Termination of Measures) in "JICA Rules on Measures to Suspend Eligibility for Participation in Tenders for Contracts" (Rule No. 42 (Proc.) of 2008) and Item 1, Paragraph 1 of Article 9 (End or Termination of Measures) in "JICA Rules on Measures against Persons Engaged in Fraudulent Practices, etc. in Projects of ODA Loan and Grant Aid" (Rule No. 43 (Proc.) of 2008).
