JICA decided to terminate the measures against the following company as shown below.

Period: From December 18, 2020 to March 17, 2021 (3 months)

The decision was made because the company has submitted measures to prevent reoccurrences that is stipulated in Item 1, Paragraph 1 of Article 8 (End or Termination of Measures) in "JICA Rules on Measures to Suspend Eligibility for Participation in Tenders for Contracts" (Rule No. 42 (Proc.) of 2008) and "JICA Rules on Measures against Fraudulent Practices, etc. in Contracts Awarded by JICA" (Rule No. 42 (Proc.) of 2008).
