Tunisia Sweeps 2023 Africa Kaizen Awards

The teams from Tunisia had much to celebrate at this year’s Africa Kaizen Awards, winning both the Outstanding and Excellent awards in the Large Organization Category. Asteelflash USI was the big winner of the day receiving the Outstanding award and Tesca Tunisia won the Excellent award. Meanwhile, in the Small and Medium Organization Category, Marine Biotechnology Products from Mauritius took home the Outstanding award and Tiwadjo Industry Limited from Ghana, with only 14 employees, won the Excellent award.
The two-day conference ended after many meaningful discussions on how to scale-up KAIZEN activities in Africa, and how to move it beyond national borders through organizations such as the ILO, UNIDO and the Latin America KAIZEN network.
