The waterworks facilities in Darkhan City, the third biggest city in Mongolia, were constructed with support of former Soviet Union. Therefore, the current facilities suffers from aging problem and do not have enough capacity to supply water to the new inhabitants in Darkhan City. The Grant Aid will be conduct with the view to improving water supply condition through rehabilitation of waterworks facilities and construction of water supply facilities in ger area.
