Workshop on Bio-Diversity Monitoring was held

Workshop on bio-diversity monitoring was held on 17th June for the staff of the National Park Management Office. Mr. Watanabe, JICA Expert in Bio-Diversity Conservation, introducing bio-diversity monitoring plan of the Project including using "iNaturalist" for complementing and strengthening the existing bio-diversity monitoring related to the Divjake-Kalavasta National Park. iNaturalist is an online social networking service for citizen scientists and biologists as a platform to monitor and identify flora and fauna. We have now set up a project on iNaturalist to accumulate observation records in Divjake-Karavasta National Park and the records will be reflected to national data-base.
