The working group members have been developing IST manual since 2011. In this term, two-day workshop was held twice in July and August 2012 respectively. The part of the manual to explain the training details has developed following the development of the S&C part in the previous workshop. In the first workshop, supervisors in each island group analyzed the needs of IST based on the results of the second CS assessment and the first coaching session which has conducted between April and June. Also, in addition to this activity, the participants have learned the basic skills on how to design training. In the second workshop, they formulated NB-IST proposal for the topic on the top priority based on the needs from the field. Moreover, they made their experiences (such as identifying needs to finalizing a proposal) reflected on the training part of the IST manual.
