Post Training Supervisory Visit (PTSV) as a follow up on the Supervision & Coaching (S&C) training began in May 2012 has started. In Zone 3 and Zone 4, PTSV has been conducted in August 2012 by the responsible staff from the Shefa Provincial Health Office and MOH HRD; counterpart of the project, accompanied by the project team. Both officers stayed as a supporter and the supervisory visit has lead by the zone supervisors. The supervisory checklist developed by the project has been used during the supervisory visit which helps show the specific weakness and the improvement made at each facility since the S&C training has taken place in May 2012. The result has motivated the staffs as they have a clear goal and a target before the next supervisory visit.
