In Fiji, followed by the central east division, Supervision & Coaching training for the mid-level nursing managers and its candidates was held from the 19th of September to the 20th of September 2011 in the northern Fiji. The original three day training program was fit into two days, providing skill development to the total of 13 participants, including roles and functions of supervisors, data management, competency standard, as well as coaching. It seems that the participants were slightly overwhelmed by the amount of information given in the short-time, however, the program kept the participants' motivation high throughout the training.
