<Fiji> The Second Northern Division S&C (Nursing Supervisor) Training
From the 14th to the 15th of November 2011, the second Supervision & Coaching training for nursing supervisors was carried out in the northern Fiji upon a request made by the North Division counterparts. The overall program was detailed and thus more practical compared to the first one. Through this training, the participants' understanding towards supervision and coaching has been improved.
