Following last year’s workshops, the 4th and 5th workshops for IST manual development was held from February to March. This time, the workshop focused on completing the contents of S&C in the manual. In the 4th workshop, the workshop members formed three groups and each group worked on a given part . In the 5th workshop, the three groups combined their parts and developed the manual on the screen together. The resident representative and the project formulation advisor from JICA attended the 5th workshop as observers. The 5th workshop was part of the S&C training. Hence the project invited all RHN supervisors to the workshop so that they could conduct the second CS assessment and the first coaching for RHNs by the end of April. In July, based on the results of S&C above, the workshop members will try to develop the contents of NB-IST in the manual.
