A seminar on the Real Rights Registration Procedure was organized by Ministry of Justice and JICA over a four day period in Phnom Penh. Lecturers included Professor Toshifumi MINAMI, Professor Toyohiro NOMURA and Professor Michitaro URAKAWA who have all given their long term support to the legal system in Cambodia. The topics covered were "A General Explanation on Subsequent Registration to Implement the Civil Code", "Succession", "Undivided Ownership" and "Hypothec and Revolving Hypothec".

There were more than two hundred participants consisting of members of the working groups from the four counterpart organizations, judges and court clerks of the Court of First Instance as well as representatives of the provincial cadastral offices.
