From the time of the former Legal and Judicial Project Phase 3, JICA had given ongoing support to the drafting of the Pracass(Ministerial Decree) of the Matrimonial Property Contract until it was adopted in August 2013.

Subsequently in order to disseminate this Pracass, Ministry of Justice and JICA held a seminar in February, which was attended by about 80 civil servants from related government ministries.. Participation was visibly enthusiastic and even after the seminar was officially over the audience kept asking questions. After this event further dissemination activities will be conducted by Ministry of Justice.
