Seminar on the Practice and Procedure of Suit related to Civil Case (Contract)
From 10 to 11 August 2017, a seminar on the Practice and Procedure of Suit related to Civil Case (Contract) was organized by Ministry of Justice and JICA in Phnom Penh. The seminar started with the opening remarks of His Excellency Ang Vong Vathana, Minister of Justice. The professors from Ministry of Justice in Japan gave lectures on three topics including "Formation of Contact", "Rescission of Contract" and "Termination of Contact".
There were 180 participants from Ministry of Justice, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Court of First Instance in all provinces, Bar Association, and Royal University of Law and Economic.
